Heinz Launches Ketchup Insurance Policy

Heinz knows what you want: ‘insurance’ coverage for ketchup-related incidents. The company partnered with employee benefits app MyBenefits to offer coverage for 57 different ketchup-related mishaps to customers in the UAE.

The supposed insurance covers an array of issues including spilling ketchup on your cat, ketchup being spilled in a moving vehicle, and more. But don’t expect any cash. These insurance payouts can be redeemed through ‘a range of rewards’ like cleaning services, handyman services, laundry aid, and spa treatments.
