COME TO THE GYM WITH ME | GLUTE/LEG WORKOUT | Onlynneka

Hey y’all!

This is a quick glute/leg day workout that is great if you want to get into lifting weights. The full workout is written down below:)

Yes I am still on my weight loss journey and I know I’ve been slacking heavy with the videos pertaining to my journey. Would y’all like to see anything specifically? Let me know in the comment section. Also i know my form isn’t the best so if you spot anything that I should fix please feel free to let me know.

WORKOUT:
Warm-up run:
Walk for 2 min.
Sprint for 1 min.
Walking lunges: 1 min.
Sprint for 1 min.
Side lunges: (each side 1 min)
Sprint 1 min.

1)Hip Thrusts | 3x12
2)Barbell Squats | 3x12
3)Deadlifts | 3x12
4)Leg Press | 3x10
Stretch!
