First Nootropic is Caffeine & L-Theanine
Caffeine is very beneficial for focus, mental & physical energy levels whereas the L-Theanine helps to smooth down the effect of caffeine crash. Thus when combined both work as excellent Stimulator. It helps one to be courageous, ambitious and helps us to get out of the comfort zone & work towards our goals. The dosage is taken into ratio of 1:2 i.e. 100 mg of Caffeine along with 200mg of L-Theanine.

Second Nootropic is Rhodiola Rosea
This Nootropic is like a Nap pill which helps to forget bad experiences, keep on track with priorities, as well as makes one more efficient. It also works as an appetite suppressant. It could be dosed in early or late afternoon. 250 mg twice per day. Demerits of Rhodiola Rosea is it can cause fatigue and headaches.

Third Nootropic is Noopept
It is an Nootropic which is helpful for concentration, increasing productivity and keeping an positive attitude. It act as an natural stimulator. Powder form is my preferred way to take, at 10mg three times per day. Side-effects of Noopept include headache and increased tolerance to it.

Fourth Nootropic is Bacopa Monnieri
Bacopa Monnieri is helpful for fighting stress, staying present, improving memory and increased ability to recall. The dosage which I find effective is 300mg 2x per day. People do feel demotivated when on Bacopa Monnieri which is one of its side-effects.

Fifth Nootropic is Piracetam
This Nootropic is helpful for all the areas of cognition like energy levels, motivation, to sleep and ability to solve complex problems. As it takes 10 to 14 days to show it's effect one must be disciplined with there Nootropic stack and take in consistently to get maximum output. Dosage could be 1 gram, 3x per day. Side-effects which are noticed are headache as well as brain fog.

Tip:Precautions should be taken before dosing nootropics and one must consult GP before dosing any Nootropics. I am NOT recommending you try anything!
