Cheesesteak Sliders | Pour Choices Kitchen

Football season is back and what better way to piss off 90% of the patriots fan base than with a Philly special! Cheesesteak sliders made with thinly sliced ribeye, onions and peppers, cheese and a butter sauce topping. Easy to put together and easy to throw back. It ain’t healthy but it sure is good. On the bright side, I read that the average NFL Player eats between 4000-6000 calories a day, so throw back a whole tray of these and you’ll feel like you’re right there in training camp!

Grocery List:

2lbs thinly sliced ribeye
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow onion
12 slices of provolone cheese
12 slices of white American or havarti cheese
1 stick of butter
Dash or two or Worcestershire
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of garlic powder
12 slider buns
Killer Hogs all purpose seasoning
Killer Hogs steak seasoning
Avocado oil
