When you're supposed to be coaching but the music is too lit

I catch myself coaching my athletes in complete silence often.

Usually a few minutes in they’ll go - hey can we put on some music.

My brain hears good beats and I can’t help but move my body 😂.

So while @juarez_louie falls on his butt I’m just over here getting lit.
