Top Five Darkest Kids' Movie Songs

Congrats! Comments are now disabled since so many people can't read, but feel the need to share unbelievably basic info to make themselves feel super special, plus retarded comments beyond compare. I do know this is youtube, but my god people! It's just a bunch of animated songs!

Anyway... Here be the list and reasons:

Savages from Pocahontas. It contains a good point about the ignorance the two separate races have about one another but it's still pretty racist and a song about how they want to kill one another.

Bat Rap from Ferngully. Number four because it talks about the tortures Batty endured while at the research lab. This would have been my number one if the song's entirety had made it into the movie. It's incredibly disturbing.

Hellfire from Hunchback of Notre Dame. You'd think Frollo never experienced a boner before. All this song is about is how he lusts for Esmeralda and will either force her into marrying him or kill her. Of course, with that subject matter, there's also rape implied.

In These Hills from Pete's Dragon. While what Frollo had planned never happened, this song sheds light on what Pete experienced while under the "care" of the Gogans. It's a pretty graphic song about child abuse which I suppose was made "suitable" by having an upbeat tune.

Worthless from the Brave Little Toaster. It's irrelevant to me that these are cars. This is the most onscreen and even off screen deaths you will ever see in a movie aimed at kids. The car at beginning has a suicide reference in his lyrics, which almost got the song cut from the movie. Listen carefully and you'll pick up on how dark and meaningful these lyrics are.
