Argentine Style BBQ | El Mundo Eats

We LOVE our Argentine style BBQs or asado, as we refer them. Using chimichurri is a must, of course. Do try this simple way of BBQ ribs for your next BBQ. This weekend perhaps? :)

There's not really a specific recipe in this video. We did use 3kg of beef ribs, some chorizos and black puddings with total of more or less 2kg of charcoal.
