Meccano Knitting Machine

Meccano Knitting Machine by Hugh Ramage of M.W.T Meccano Club.
This uses 4 hand latch tools operated by a crankshaft turing at the same 25 rpm as the wool feed. Unlike other French Knitters the knitting is continuous, producing a 100 stitches a minute. There is a handwheel with a free wheel device to operate by hand.
