Paneer and corn salad ( detailed recipe in description)

🥗 High Protein Paneer & Corn Salad

Ingredients:
• 200g paneer, cubed
• 1 tsp ghee
• ¼ cup sweet corn
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1 cucumber, chopped
• ½ avocado, diced
• 2 tbsp roasted peanuts

For the Dressing:
• 1 tbsp hung curd
• A small piece of paneer
• ¼ avocado
• Chilli flakes, to taste
• Oregano, to taste
• Salt, to taste
• Water, as needed

Method:

1. Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the paneer and sweet corn for 2–3 minutes until lightly golden.
2. In a serving plate, add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, avocado, sautéed paneer, and corn.
3. For the dressing, add hung curd, paneer, avocado, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, and a little water to a blender.
4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad.
6. Top with roasted peanuts.
7. Mix well and enjoy your delicious high-protein salad!
