Clean the area first with warm water. Use the beeswax after it has been warmed to a certain consistency like peanut butter, when the center of the wax is liquid and the sides of the wax are still solid. Use gloves and clean spatula to remove the wax from the jar; do not double-dip the spatula. Apply the wax on the direction of the hair growth for sideburns, back of the ear for the hairline, and hairline at the back of the neck. Beeswax is safe over a tattoo, it exfoliates the skin removing dead cells off the skin and leaving the skin smooth. No wax strips are necessary because the beeswax hardens and serves as a cloth strip. You need couple of strokes to remove the wax strip as apposed to the cloth strip.
