Pouring concrete columns and seismic beams

We pour concrete columns and seismic beams without any power equipment. We mix the concrete by hand. We haul it to the beams and columns with a wheelbarrow and hand the concrete up in a 5 gallon bucket to a man on a ladder. We reuse the wood forms.
