Static Electricity Meter 3M Model 703

An older and presumably obsolete design for measuring electrostatic potential in industry where stray sparks pose ignition hazards or static cling requires mitigation.
Like contemporary meters or the better known electric field mill designs this requires no contact to gather measurements.
Originally contained a metal foil adsorbed with 200mCi of Tritium.
That has decayed to some ~21mCi today but as of writing this I'm unaware to what degree that order of magnitude loss effects functionality.
