A bearing failure on your RV will ruin your day, and could cause you to wreck your rig - not to mention what a wheel rolling loose down the interstate at high speed could do. Other than greasing them as required you can also jack it up and check for play - or have a mechanic check for you. Professional truckers check for hot bearings all the time - and so should you. Just touch it near the hub (or use a laser thermometer) and if one is hotter than the others then you need to take immediate action to correct the problem.
