What is the greatest challenge you are currently facing?

In 2018, Heroes and Horses developed a data-capture process called "Uninterrupted Data". We understand the importance of collecting data around the efficacy of our program, but we wanted to do something that was a little different than simply asking our participants to fill out questionnaires. What we did, instead, was conduct verbal, recorded interviews with each student on their first day of the program (day 1) and their last day (day 40). We asked each participant a short series of open-ended questions - ranging in topic from defining happiness and fulfillment, to what they would do with their lives if nothing was holding them back. We took their recorded answers and we created this series of 3 videos to showcase the transformation that happens during their time here with us at Heroes and Horses. So, why the name "uninterrupted data"? Because everything you hear in these videos is the participant's own thoughts, experiences and feelings - their answers aren't interpreted by us, nor are they guided or influenced by our responses... it's completely raw and uninterrupted.
