Dadih Milk Pudding (Thermomix® Singapore)
The Dadih is a traditional soft Milk Pudding that is usually served at gatherings and festive occasions in Malaysia. 🥛

Ingredients👩🍳:
250 g water
¼ tsp agar-agar powder
50 g sugar
150 g full cream milk powder
100 g non-dairy creamer
500 g fresh milk
1 pinch of salt
Preparation💡:
1. Place water, agar-agar strips, sugar, full cream powder, non-dairy creamer, fresh milk and salt in mixing bowl, cook 6 min/98°C/speed 2. Pour mixture into small cups. Let cool for 10 minutes. Refrigerate for 1 hour until set. Serve chilled.
