DIY - First Time Paintless Dent Repair for beginners - PDR door ding pull

Paintless Dent Repair for beginners by a first time a DIY guy. It looks so easy when all the PDR pros do it on youtube, so I wanted to try it out on my car. What did I have to lose? Paintless dent repair is where you adjust the sheet metal on your car to be flat again. If there is a low spot pull it out. If there is a high spot, tap it down. When it's smooth again, you are done! You don't have to be an auto body pro to pop out a door ding. Don't be afraid to try this on your car, unless it's precious. For me, it's all about learning a new skill and having a little better car in the end. I'm stoked that I did this pops a dent kit. I got a couple door dings and dents out since filming this. Take your time, you can get great results if you pay attention to what you are doing. This is a great way to repair hail damage too. The kit I got has glue tabs, a hot glue gun, glue sticks, a slide hammer, a rubber hammer, a t-handle puller, a bridge puller, and a dent lifter. I also suggest a heat gun to reuse the glue on the tabs since it just needs to get hot to melt again and is faster than the glue gun.
