Street lighting modernisation in Feștelița, Stefan Voda, Moldova
The implemented #streetlighting modernisation project in the village of Feștelița, in south-eastern part of #Moldova🇲🇩, is the first Nefco financed project in the country. The installed #energyefficiency measures will result in 52% or 50,000 kWh annual electricity reductions and 63% or 30,000 kg annual #CO2 emission reductions.
The Nefco Energy Savings Credit loan programme, launched in Moldova in 2019, offers small-scale financing to implement energy-efficiency measures in connection with the modernisation of street lighting and refurbishment of public buildings, such as day-care centres, schools and hospitals.
