RECIPE
1. Make a soft dough using maida,salt,2 tbsp refined oil and water.
2. For potato filling: take 2 boiled potatoes,1 chopped onion, and chopped green chilli, half tbsp salt,half tbsp turmeric powder and half tbsp garam masala.
3. Make a small roti of the dough and put potato filling in center.
4. Cover with other equal size roti and make a cut as shown.
5. Apply water on the egdes and make a flower shape as shown.
6. Deep fry in low to medium flame.
7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
Your delicious and crispy flower samosa is ready.
