Easy DIY Outdoor Bar

Old retaining wall turned outdoor bar with seating!

I built a frame out of pressure treated 2x4s to slip over the retaining wall, then covered it in backer board. I went over that with feather finish, sanded it down, and whitewashed it! I’ll give it a couple days before I seal it.

Next I decided to add porcelain tile under where the stools would go - it’s the Mallorca Porcelain Tile from Floor & Decor - and used deep ocean grout (Mapei). It was the PERFECT match!
