To figure out why, start with these 3 metrics:
Open rates: If you are thinking of Sub lines, then definitely start from here because it is not the primary factor that impacts your open rates.
In fact, it’s your deliverability in the primary inbox.
If you are doing 20-30% open rates, you are missing out on half the visibility.
To achieve maximum deliverability:
Keep warming your inboxes regularly.
Make sure your domain is not blacklisted.
Make sure you have the DKIM, SPM, and A records set up.
Make sure to not send more than 100-200 emails per day per inbox. Yes, scale your inboxes to scale volume.
Make sure your email IDs are validated; you can’t afford hard bounces.
Have inboxes on human names, not generic like contact or sales
And finally, if everything is checked, and the problem still exists, maybe it’s to rethink your ICP.
Reply Rates: Of course, if you aren’t getting replies, the funnel will not move. Experimentation is key, but I see the problem mainly in personalizing messaging based on intent.
If you are sending “book a demo” to webinar leads, that’s a big red flag.
Segment your users on the basis of their intent and align messaging accordingly.
Interested replies to meetings done: This is an important metric to monitor while putting efforts at scale.
You often get many interested replies from qualified ICPs, but they don’t end up converting to meetings, especially on LinkedIn.

While there could be other factors, start by analyzing this and create real-time reports measuring these three metrics at the ICP level.
