3 KEYS to maximize your SMASH POWER

Most players were told to use the hip and rotate the upper body in order to generate power for a smash, but I have experienced that a lot of players have a totally wrong picture, how that movement should look like.

In this video I want to break down the movement of the hip, the shoulder axis and the backswing of the racket to uncover some of the most common but often overseen mistakes when it comes to generating power for badminton shots.
