Victoria is the capital city of British Columbia in Canada, located way out west on Vancouver Island, and is the city that boasts the highest share of commuters using bicycles in Canada, and it's probably top 5 in North America. Yet, at the same time, the city has never really lived up to its potential as a cycling city. In this video, we explore what's up in Victoria.
