Ravel Ondine: Cordelia Williams plays beautifully shimmering 1st movement from Gaspard de la Nuit

Ondine - the 1st movement of Ravel's "Gaspard de la Nuit" - was composed by Ravel in 1908 and is one of the most stunningly beautiful piano works in the repertoire.

Ondine is amazing to play because it is both exhilarating and deeply relaxing and hypnotic.

I perform Ondine here at the Royal Concert Hall in Nottingham, UK, on 19 March 2013.
