It is vital that we take the necessary actions, such as warming up (movement prep) and cooling down (decompression) to maximise our intensity, gains, durability, recovery and longevity!

These combinations of movements are a great circuit to prepare your body for the intense session ahead!

Better yet no FN equipment is required!!

▪️30 Secs Work

A2.
▪️Duck Walk
▪️30 Secs Work

A3.
▪️Front Kick Through
▪️30 Secs Work

⚡️Minimum rest in between exercises
