Hey guys, welcome and thanks for watching. In this video I cover 10 of the most common foods not safe for babies under 12 months. Some of these foods may surprise you, or maybe you’ve already heard you should avoid them but not sure why.

As parents we are always trying to do what is best for our baby. Knowing what babies should not eat is a huge part of that. Your baby has a lot of development to go through yet so they are sensitive to certain foods. Also they are not yet able to fight off infection so we have to be aware of the foods babies should avoid.
