Vintage Lens Review! Pentax Asahi Optical Co - Takumar 28mm f3.5 Manual Focus Lens with my Fuji XT3

I go on a walk with @PhilThach and Erwin to do some impromptu street photography as well as review this vintage lens for you guys. The Asahi 28mm f3.5 M42 mount lens is designed for Pentax cameras from that era and are wonderful little lenses. Some Pentax Asahi lenses are radioactive, but this one is not. What it is, is small, well built and sharp! it produces wonderful images and weighs practically nothing while doing it. It is manual focus as well as manual aperture control but that doesnt hurt anything as long as you enjoy using vintage manual lenses! The focus is smooth and sure and the aperture ring is positive and easy to use. The 5 bladed aperture produces beautiful sun stars when shot stopped down and is just an amazing little lens! I love adapting lenses to my mirrorless cameras like my Fuji XT3 and my Leica CL so sit down, grab some coffee and follow along while I go shooting with a couple of great photogs with this little beauty!
