Crochet Lingerie Bottoms Tutorial: Part 2 of 2 (Intermediate)

My very first crochet tutorial for a completed piece (part 2 of 2)! This tutorial is for intermediate crocheters.
It is fairly simple but involves some sewing for the variation I am making. Please let me know how it is, I appreciate all feedback.

Tools Needed:

Yarn (the one used in the video has been discontinued, but it is a weight 2 acrylic with metallic thread and sequins)
3.5mm hook
scissors
needle and thread
3 jump rings
2 lobster clasps
1 ft. of elastic
measuring tape
