The woman and her 2-year-old daughter got an UBER ride from San Diego to the Ramada in National City. The woman was highly under the influence of something and refused to get out of the UBER driver's vehicle.

She finally got out and became violent and after beating on the car, she attacked the driver. She then took her daughter to the corner of the hotel and officers arrived. She attempted to flee and was arrested. She eventually had to be put into a body wrap.

A officer took the little girl aside so she did not have to see what her was doing and the officers waited for the girls father to come and get her.
