Learning to trot - Adult Beginner Riding Lessons.
Every horse is different and feels a little different, so adjustments have yo be made to sit the trot as well as start a rising trot.
Today we are using a training string to help keep hands soft. Also keeping balance and pushing the heals down play an important role in feeling more confident at a trot. This is only a third lesson, so it just takes time to get better. You have to build muscle memory.
