Gentle Sleep & Deep Rest | A 6-Minute Calm for the Nervous System

If you’re feeling tired, wired, or finding it hard to settle before sleep, this gentle 6-minute practice offers a quiet place to land.

This is not about forcing rest or fixing anything. It’s an invitation to soften, to let the nervous system settle in its own time, and to rest exactly as you are. You can listen lying down, seated, or however feels most supportive right now.

This short practice is especially helpful if:
• your mind feels busy at night
• your body feels restless or alert
• you want a gentle pause before sleep
• longer meditations feel like too much

You don’t need to do this “well.”
Just arrive, and let the breath and body find their own rhythm.
