Drawing the Rodin number matrix on a 9 x 9 torus

Step by step instructions on one technique that can be used to draw a 9 x 9 grid on any torus in order so that you might then plot / map the Rodin number matrix (Powell configuration) into the grid.
This process can be used to draw any grid: 18 x 18,27 x 27, 36 x 36, 9x 36, 63 x 108 and so on.
