Selections made easy, fast and precise without selection tools

Sick and tired of making selections in Photoshop ?, well here is how I make stills that need a background in photoshop. Very simple and no tools needed in Photoshop(selection tools).
You just need to start with the right pictures, here is how:
1. Light the subject, no background light
2.take the first picture
3. light the background with one stop higher then the actual subject
4. Turn of the light on the subject so only the background is lit
5.Take the picture (this should look like a siloute)
6. Place the siloute picture over the first picture in Photoshop
7. duplicate the background picture
8. depress alt cmd 2 (that creates a selection)
9. Create the mask with clicking on the mask tool
10. done
