Are GeForce Experience Optimized Graphics Settings any Good?

The Nvidia Geforce Experience app has a feature where it determines optimal graphics settings for your games. But are they really optimal? In the past, I've always ignored this feature, but in this video I test them out and give my thoughts.

RTX 2070 Gaming OC (non-super)
i5-9600k (no overclock)
16GB RAM at 3000mhz
Games installed on SSD
All games tested at 2560x1440 (1440p) resolution
