How to fix tapping or knocking noise behind the passenger dash on a Chrysler 200 (2011-2014)

If you've started to hear a continuous clicking/tapping/knocking noise behind the passenger side of your dashboard on your Chrysler 200 then this is the fix.
To temporarily stop the tapping noise just push the first round knob on the left of your AC, the recirculation light will come on and the tapping will stop. At least that worked for me for a few weeks. It will eventually get worse and start clicking even without the key in the ignition and can cause your battery to drain so it is best you replace the AC/Heater Actuator ASAP.
Yes thats right, its the AC/Heater Actuator that is the culprit.

If you do the job yourself then it should run you less than $30 to fix as long as you have tools to complete the job.
The video is a little long and I am sorry about that but it is very detailed and I included the part number needed in the video.
It is a pain in the a$$ to replace the faulty part but doing it yourself is going to save you ca$h.
