How To Beat Writer's Block : Start By Writing Anything

Meeting a deadline or just getting something written or produced can seem almost impossible sometimes. It's when you cannot focus on the task at hand or even worse can't think what to do at all.
Alternatively, you may be full of ideas but just can't hang all the ideas together into a cohesive whole. It affects everyone at some time or another so how can you deal with it.

Some people get it mixed up with procrastination which it isn't at all.
The simple but effective solution is to just start writing or filming or painting or whatever it is that you need to do. And the process of doing may spark some inspiration.

Another approach is to distract yourself and forget about the task altogether and just go for a walk to clear your mind. Sometimes you just need a break to reawaken your motivation. Whatever works for you is what matters.
