Welcome to Day Ten of our 12 Days of Giveaways, where we are celebrating and highlighting our LMA community and small businesses that we have come to know and love in the art world. Our tenth gift is a Louden Art Board. Today's gift is very, very special to my heart.

Years ago I was having extreme nerve pain in my neck making it difficult to do my job... so I was on the lookout for an art board that could sit up. If you can sit up while you paint that's much better for your neck, posture, and nerves. I found this art board on Etsy and when it came in the mail I was blown away by its quality. This is handmade with such love from the owner, Dennis.

Louden Art Boards was created by father and daughter, working illustrator Lisel Jane Ashlock and co-designed and hand crafted by Dennis Ashlock. The board was designed out of a true need to create a more efficient way to draw and paint, using pencil, pen, brush or a digital tool. The ability to adjust the height angle of the board from flat to 80˚ degrees and the signature 360˚ revolving motion of the board together create a seamless motion, protecting wrists and minimizing arm and hand fatigue, and stronger more precise line work. Each art board is meticulously constructed by Dennis Ashlock in his woodworking studio in Northern California.
