It can be used when the GO anywhere portable toilet is packed up for storage, or while travelling. It is used to keep the unit fully enclosed and to eliminate dirt and bugs. Simply place the cover over the three folded-up legs of the GO anywhere portable toilet and then your unit is fully enclosed.
