Start on your hands and knees in a tabletop position, with wrists aligned under shoulders and knees under hips. Inhale, arch your back, and lift your chest and tailbone towards the ceiling, allowing your belly to sink towards the floor (Cow Pose). Exhale, round your spine, tuck your chin to your chest, and draw your belly button towards your spine (Cat Pose). Flow between Cow and Cat Poses with your breath, moving slowly and mindfully.
