Life Update Part 2- Let’s Chat and Bake Pumpkin Muffins!
Hello vintage neighbors! I’m back with Part 2 of my update on what I’ve been up to this past year. I also thought it would be fun to bake another vintage recipe while we were chatting. This one’s a little long, so grab a cup of tea and let’s have a cozy chat!

Pumpkin Muffins:
1 1/2 cup flour
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup sour cream
Sift flour with baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg, pumpkin and sour cream. Mix well. Blend in flour mixture. Fill 12 medium sized greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
