Your assets look off - and it's probably this
Video Transcript:
Vojta:
Do you have any tips for people, for maybe small developers or indie devs that make their own art? How can they make their art more consistent and supposed to look nice for the viewer?
⠀
Snoozy:
Well, one thing I say is use a scale graph because I know a lot of people, like their assets, they're all over the place. So you can have like a little table and then out of nowhere that table is like bigger than the player. And they have to like scale down in the engine just to make it look right. But if you start off in a 3D program with a scale ref of like a six foot guy, you can kind of like scale everything accordingly to that. And visually it looks like it feels better. And that alone helps greatly. I use that all the time.
