This US release of Toxygene was issued with the sleeve front artwork used on the UK release of Asylum.

Track 4 is listed as the 'Pal Joey Mix' but is in fact the 'Cumulonimbus Mix' that originally appeared on the US release of Little Fluffy Clouds and is thus entered accordingly in the tracklisting. Indeed, there is a similar Pal Joey remix, "Little Fluffy Clouds (Cumulo Nimbus Mix)", that runs at 6:42, originally released on Aubrey Mixes: The Ultraworld Excursions.

Track 5 is unique to this release.
