TYPHOON "BISING" SLIGHTLY WEAKENS AND IS NOW MOVING SLOWLY OVER THE PHILIPPINE SEA EAST OF CATANDUANES.

At 2:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "BISING" was located based on all available data including those from Weather Radar at 236 km East of MABINI, Catanduanes (13.7 °N, 126.7 °E )

Moving West Northwestward Slowly

Maximum sustained winds of 220 km/h near the center and gustiness 230 Km/h up to 240 km/h
