Layer Icons Explained for Affinity for iPad. When using Affinity on the iPad you need to observe the icons on the layers to determine what sort of image you have on the layer. This is applicable to all of the apps. For example, the only way of determining if a layer is a Pixel or Image layer is by the icon.
