For the beef-
Extra Lean Ground Beef approx. 16oz raw
Garlic Powder
Onion Salt
Pepper
Beef Bouillon
For the veggies-
Zucchini 2, sliced thick
Red Bell Pepper, sliced
Orange Bell Pepper, sliced
Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
Yellow Onion 1/2, sliced
PORTIONS FOR THE MEAL PREP CONTAINERS:
