Wonder Weapons Tier V Upgrade? (Cold war Zombies)

Does upgrading any of the weapons TIER V upgrades work on the wonder weapons? Can you make the raygun, ray-k, or the D.I.E Shockwave stronger using tier v upgrades?

With more testing, the D.I.E Suck does DPS depending on what round it is. Has nothing to do with any tier V upgrade. Would really like to see a tier V wonder weapon skill tree in the future.
