Despite the massive success of Red Dead Redemption 2, PS5 players are still waiting for a dedicated current-gen patch. Could Rockstar be gearing up to finally deliver the update fans have been craving? With speculation that Video Games Deluxe (now Rockstar Australia) may be involved, the wait might soon be over.

Sony may be making a major move back into the handheld gaming market. Rumours suggest a new PlayStation handheld could launch alongside the PS6, potentially powered by AMD’s 3D stacked chips. Is this the true successor to the PSP and PS Vita?

Hideo Kojima has revealed that early test reviews for Death Stranding 2: On The Beach have been overwhelmingly positive, a stark contrast to the mixed reception of the original game. Kojima remains firm on maintaining the game’s core themes while refining controls and camera mechanics based on feedback. With a June 26, 2025 release on PS5, the sequel is set to feature more stealth mechanics, intense action sequences, and a runtime of over 70 hours.

EA is taking inspiration from Dead Space and the 2024 Civil War for the next Battlefield game. According to Senior Producer Philippe Ducharme, the campaign will focus on ordinary people caught in extraordinary situations, utilizing the tension-building techniques seen in Dead Space. Fairgame$, initially set for a 2025 release, has now been delayed to spring 2026 following a disastrous external playtest. Haven Studios founder Jade Raymond has also exited, raising concerns about the game’s future.
