Making your own fire-starters

In this video I will show you how to make your own fire-starters using pine shavings (the kind you can find at any pet store / agricultural store) and regular candle wax (I bought these at the dollar store). I believe I purchased my oversized muffin / brownie tins at the Christmas Tree Shop.

Which fire starters do I like more?? I'm not sure actually; they both seem to work equally well.

CAUTION: Do NOT using sawdust from pressure treated wood; it is toxic when burned.

MODIFICATIONS: Instead of pine shavings, dryer lint works well too. If you plan on cooking over your fire, be sure to light it well in advance or your s'mores might taste like fresh linen (or whatever candle scent you have used). Let me know if you have any questions!
