In an exclusive interview, Vassos Shiarly, Cyprus's Finance Minister, told CNBC "It is quite well known that Cyprus is one of the countries that have suffered as a result as the contagion from Greece. We have one distressed bank which needs to be recapitalized. In order to do that we will need some assistance."
