Dilek Yarımadası - Büyük Menderes Deltası Millî Parkı, Aydın il sınırları içinde Dilek Dağı'nın Ege Denizi'ne uzandığı son noktada yer alan millî park. 27.675 hektarlık bir alana sahiptir. Bu alanın 10.985 hektarı 19.05.1966 yılında Millî Park ilan edilen Dilek Yarımadasına, 16.690 hektarı 1994 yılında Millî Park ilan edilen Büyük Menderes Deltasına aittir.

Karşısında Yunanistan'a ait Ege adalarından Sisam adası bulunan Millî Parkın Dilek Yarımadası bölümü, Samsun Dağları'nın Ege Denizi'ne doğru uzanan son noktasıdır. Jeolojik yapısı; Paleozoik şistler, Mezozoik kalkerler ve mermerler ile Neojen tortul kütlelerden meydana gelmiştir. Yarımadanın morfolojik yapısı içinde birçok tepe, vadi, kanyon ve koy bulunur. Ortalama 650 m yüksekliğe sahip yarımadanın en yüksek yeri Millî Parkın adını aldığı Dilek Tepe'dir (Mykale) ve 1237 m yüksekliğindedir. Millî Park adını bu tepeden almaktadır. Ayrıca kumlu, killi, yatık ve yüksek kıyı şekillerini içeren plajlarıyla ilgi çekici kıyı özelliklerine sahiptir.

Güzelçamlı (also referred to locally as Çamlı for short) is a sea-side town and municipality in the district of Kuşadası in Turkey's Aydın Province, and an increasingly popular tourists' resort. It is situated at a distance of 23 kilometres (23,000 m) following the shoreline southwards from the district's center of Kuşadası. The town borders the Dilek Peninsula-Büyük Menderes Delta National Park to its immediate south. The town's permanent population is around 10,000 but may rise to around 50,000 and possibly more in the summer with the arrival of tourists and owners of secondary houses. Güzelçamlı is becoming increasingly renowned in the market for foreign purchases of real estate in Turkey.

Dilek Peninsula-Büyük Menderes Delta National Park (Turkish: Dilek Yarımadası-Büyük Menderes Deltası Millî Parkı), established on May 19, 1966, is a national park in western Turkey. It contains within its borders the entirety of the Dilek Peninsula as well as the large delta of the Büyük Menderes River. The park is located in the Kuşadası district of Aydın Province — part of Turkey's Aegean Region. Directly west of the national park is the small coastal town of Güzelçamlı, where several shuttle buses and ferries operate to and from the district's center of Kuşadası, approximately 30 km (19 mi) from the park.

The park is among the most biologically diverse of Turkey's national parks. It is the native and migratory habitat of hundreds of species of birds, mammals, plants, and marine life, some of which are entirely endemic to the park and cannot be observed anywhere else in the world. For these reasons, it is protected by numerous wildlife and wetland conventions, and is of great national and international importance in these areas.

It is separated from the Greek island of Samos (Greek: Σάμoς) by a very narrow strait, known as the Mycale Strait (Greek: Στενό της Μυκάλης). The strait is named after Mount Mycale, the highest and most prominent mountain of the peninsula, and is one of the narrowest straits in the Aegean Sea.
