Authorized User cards earn 5x points on flights and 5x points on prepaid hotels booked through AmEx's portal. Only 1x points on everything else.

You can have up to three authorized users for an annual cost of $175. That comes out to a cost of $58 per authorized user. The main benefits of an AU include:
